I hate it when I’m the only one that remembers the memories I’ve shared with someone. Especially when I say “Remember when….” and they respond with “No, not really.” I know many people have bad memory and I’m not saying that I don’t, but hearing that response hurts a littlle. Just knowing that I enjoyed the little things that we did together more. That I actually thought the memories were something special enough to remember, while the other person thought of it as something ordinary. It just makes me wonder whether or not I should even be remembering these little things when the other person doesn’t.
